Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team via WhatsApp, call or email. Times are indicative; we make every effort to run to schedule.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Standard services may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your slot at no cost. Bridal packages require 72 hours' notice; late cancellations may incur a booking-fee retention.
Bridal packages
Bridal packages require an advance to confirm dates, adjusted against your final invoice. Trials are complimentary in the Signature and Royal packages.
Pricing
Prices displayed are starting rates. Final quotes are confirmed at consultation, based on chosen products, hair length and duration.
Services
We reserve the right to refuse a service where it may harm your skin, hair or health. Our team may recommend a patch test before certain treatments.
Liability
Please disclose known allergies, medical conditions or medications before your appointment. Khoobsoorat Salon is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
